Privacy Policy

*What We Collect*
We don’t have any user accounts nor any registration options. All data is bound to your iCloud account and deleted when the apps are uninstalled from all your devices (it may take up to a week to fully wipe from your account). We may collect anonymous usage data such as learning progress, learning time, and lessons you have skipped. We don’t collect any of your personal data or media that you have recorded as part of the exercise on any of our servers. This media never leaves your device, and remains local. As part of the voice recognition exercise, some audio that you record in Speech tool may be sent to a voice recognition server to recognize the words that you are saying. This is a standard system voice recognition system, and it doesn’t use our servers.

*Usage of Information*
We may use the information we collected to improve our services and fix problems you may have encountered. It can also be used in marketing. We may sell our business in the future, and this information can be transferred to third parties as part of that transaction.

*iCloud Sync*
If you have iCloud Sync enabled (it is enabled by default), some of your data will be synced with the app installed on your other devices. Only learning progress data and your statistics are synced and do not contain any personal information. Some technical details can be shared with Apple servers as part of the iCloud syncing process. You can always turn off the sync option in Application Settings.

*User Media*
All your recordings (video, audio, drawings, photos) are stored locally and are not saved anywhere else. This data is deleted when you delete the app. We may add an iCloud Sync option for this media in future releases as an option. You can review and delete all user media that you have recorded in the Settings of the application.

*Emails* You can contact us from the Settings menu, and the mail will contain some technical details of your app usage. We will mark the email that you have sent to us with a case ID to track the conversation. We may keep your email messages to us to improve our app or track progress on the issue. We will never share your emails with any third parties without your explicit consent and will never use them as part of our marketing without your consent.

*Deletion of Information*
You can delete any of the stored information in the application settings. Some data can be stored as part of your iCloud account or backup for as long as a year. Your data may be deleted at any time for technical reasons, legal concerns, data loss, or any other reason.

*Technical Communications*
For some purposes, such as sending your notifications or iCloud synс, a token can be created that represents your account for technical purposes. It can contain your IP address and other technical information in order to function correctly. You can always turn off iCloud Sync and notifications in settings.

*Security*
We don’t have or store any passwords. All syncing and communications are made with standard iOS systems (iCloud, Crash Logs, Email). We may use a secure connection with our servers to store usage data, but all data shared that way is fully anonymous and randomized.

*European Union Customers*
Data mentioned above can be sent outside of the European Union for storing and processing.

*International Law*
You are liable to know if this app and data usage of this kind is legal in your country and does not break any laws.

*Policy Change*
If we change any terms of the policy, we will track updates here.

*Changes and amendments*
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Mobile Application or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in the Mobile Application. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

*Use agreement*
All these terms apply to any platform that you communicate with us or use our products on - for apps on all Apple platforms and our website. By using this application or our website on or after the date below you are agreeing to these terms.
